Choosing the right suppliers for your wedding is crucial and nerve wrecking, so let me take one of the biggies off your list. We used Papier (link here) for all our wedding stationary and I cannot recommend them enough.
They ticked off all our boxes:
- quality
- design
- speed
- great customer service
Yes, Papier might be a bit more pricier for some budgets, but trust me when I say- I am so glad we paid just that bit of extra to get the most amazing wedding invites.

Why did you choose Papier?
I saw them being advertised in a Conde Nast magazine ‘Brides’ way before we got engaged. When we started looking at our wedding invites, I had saved a Papier flyer and then I took a proper look at their website. I thought- well, if Conde Nast are advertising these guys, they must be good. And they didn’t disappoint.
Both James & myself wanted our invites to represent us, the theme of our wedding and be very well made and of high quality. As this would be our guests first impression of our wedding. We wanted not just us, but our guests to be excited and welcomed by our invites.

What did you order from Papier?
What didn’t we order from Papier?
- save the date + envelopes
- day invites
- evening invites
- RSVP cards
- RSVP envelopes
- info card
- all envelopes
- place cards
- table names
- order of the day
- welcome sign
- thank you cards
As you can see, all our main wedding stationary came from Papier. Once you find the style and design you like, everything is easily customisable. If you are not sure about ordering it there and then, save it to your account and come back to it later.

Did you order any samples?
Yes, we absolutely did. From memory we ordered 2 different styles we liked, even though we knew we will go for the cherry blossoms (link here).

When did you order everything? And how long did it take to arrive?
We placed a couple of orders- first one was about 13 months before the big day as we wanted to send out Save the Date cards exactly 1 year before. This one included all save the date, day & evening invites, RSVP’s, place cards + all envelopes.
At the time we placed the first order, this cherry blossom design was a new theme, so didn’t have the full list of items. Order for table name, order of the day & welcome sign we ordered 2 months before the big day.
All the invites and cards arrived within 3-4 working days, the welcome sign took about a week.
What surprised you the most about Papier products?
The overall high standard of quality. The biggest surprise was the welcome sign and how sturdy and well made it was. It just completed the set up to welcome our guests in and it all tied in perfectly with our theme and decor.
Would you buy again from Papier?
Absolutely. One of my projects for the next few weeks is to create a lovely wedding album as a gift for my mum for Christmas. I love it that I know that it will turn out amazing and in perfect quality, and I don’t have to worry about it not looking nice.

I really hope you have found this review helpful and I’ve managed to answer some or all of your questions.
