Pre-heat your oven to 170°C
Add the softened butter & sugar in a bowl and mix until light & fluffy.
Add your egg white replacement & mix well. Add the vanilla extract after and mix until combined.
Meanwhile mix all your dry ingredients together.
Add about half of your dry ingredinets, mix a bit and then add half of your milk. Then repeat until all has been added. Clean down the sides of the bowl with spatula to make sure all has been mixed well.
Either use spray oil or use vegan butter to oil the mould.
Add about a teaspoon in each of the cake pop moulds - one side only.
Make sure you snap the top of the mould together with the bottom one. Go through all the cake pops and snap it together to ensure they keep the shape as the bake.
Bake in an oven for 12-15 minutes. Check with toothpick they're baked before taking the top mould off.
